This program travels across the country to celebrate this frozen dessert, the people who make it and the places where you can buy it. Stops include a San Francisco shop that specializes in tea-flavored ice cream; a giant-sized cone shop in Panama City; and Penn State University, where they have been teaching people how to make ice cream for over 100 years. AN ICE CREAM SHOW not only offers viewers a visual taste of ice cream, but provides a nostalgic glimpse into an American tradition. Rick Sebak narrates.
