It all comes down to this - the finale in New York. The final two
chefs prepare to put both their previous experience and their
newfound knowledge from the series into practice to cook an
elaborate dinner for the judges. In this episode, the chefs will
create a menu, have it printed, work with a sommelier to match the
food with the appropriate wine, and then execute and present their
final six-course menu to Ming, Todd and Michael. After a spirited
debate, the three men decide who can truly cook under fire.
