easy dish of roasted chicken thighs and cauliflower, and linguini
with garlic and breadcrumbs. Sarah makes juicy pork chops with
parsnips and shallots and an apple-cider glaze. She also makes a
bulgur salad with roasted peppers, chickpeas and spinach. John
creates a dish worthy of a great steakhouse: flavorful skirt steak
with Brussels sprouts and almonds.
