Garbage The Garbage set includes select songs ranging from impressive mega-hits to fan favorites. Garbage was formed in 1993 by consummate producer/drummer Butch Vig and producers/multi-instrumentalists Steve Marker and Duke Erickson. One year later they added the beguiling and sultry Shirley Manson to front the band. Garbage is one of the most respected groups of the 90s alterna-scene and its trademark sound aptly marries electronic loops with rock 'n' roll. The band's unique style spurred many other bands to follow suit throughout the 90s. The new millennium saw two new Garbage albums, 2001's refined Beautiful Garbage and the long-awaited rocker, 2005's Bleed Like Me . The band's appearance on SOUNDSTAGE includes many of their early hits like "Queer," "Only Happy When It Rains" and "Stupid Girl," along with selections from their latest offering, including the funky "Shut Your Mouth" and stellar songs like "Why Do You Love Me," the trip-hoppy "Metal Heart" and the catchy rock of "Sex Is Not the Enemy."

The All-American Rejects and Fountains of Wayne Power pop is arguably one of America's greatest gifts and Fountains of Wayne and the All-American Rejects are champions of the genre. Fountains of Wayne had its genesis long before the band made waves across the charts with the catchy and hilarious "Stacy's Mom." Adam Schlesinger and Chris Collingwood, the singer-songwriting duo who compose Fountains of Wayne, began collaborating while in college in 1986, but went separate ways before reacquainting in 1996 to form Fountains of Wayne. The All-American Rejects - Tyson Ritter, Nick Wheeler, Mike Kennerty and Chris Gaylor - made its mark in 2002 with a memorable self-titled debut. Viewers can catch the rocking Rejects wave with "Dirty Little Secret," "Swing Swing" and "The Last Song" on this SOUNDSTAGE performance. Fountains of Wayne's set proves the group's penchant for great hooks and inspired pop wedded to a good dose of humor. From the sunny bounce of "Hey Julie" to songs from the group's debut, like "Sick Day," Fountains of Wayne's performance coupled with the All-American Rejects is like a feel-good summer trip on a sunny highway: windows down, great pop blaring and not a care in the world.

Train San Francisco's Train is one of the most successful bands stemming from the late 90s, having sold millions of records and producing solid hit after hit with each album it releases. Singer Patrick Monahan, singer/guitarist Rob Hotchkiss, guitarist Jim Stafford, bassist Charlie Colin and drummer Scott Underwood know how to craft thoughtful ballads to anthemic rock 'n' roll - fans and radio cannot get enough of them. SOUNDSTAGE welcomes the group, who deliver a rousing performance packed with sing-along choruses and hook-filled melodies. From its earliest introduction to the world, "Meet Virginia," to its most recent single, "Cab," Train's show is top-notch and note perfect. The beautiful ballads "Drops of Jupiter" and "She's on Fire" are true gems. So is the anthemic "Calling All Angels," and Train's reading of Aerosmith's "Dream On" is a show-stopper.
